MARKETING EXECUTIVE – SOLAR INDUSTRY (HIGH GROWTH ROLE)

We are one of Sri Lanka’s leading solar equipment distributors, working with global brands and rapidly expanding our market presence.

We are now building a strong in-house marketing function and are looking for a driven individual who wants to grow into a future Marketing Manager role.

🔹 YOUR ROLE

This is not a routine marketing job. You will be directly involved in building our brand and executing real campaigns.

You will:

• Execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)

• Support content creation (videos, posts, campaign ideas)

• Assist in market research & competitor tracking

• Work closely with management on branding and positioning strategies

• Support installer engagement programs & events

• Track campaign performance and improve results

• Coordinate with sales team to convert marketing into actual business

🔹 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3 years experience in marketing / digital marketing

• Strong interest in content, branding, and campaigns

• Comfortable using social media platforms & basic tools

• Good communication skills (English + Sinhala)

• Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn fast

• Ability to take ownership (not just follow instructions)

👉 Experience in solar/technical field is not required (we will train you)
